Do any of you guys have favorite AMVs? I'm currently reading Radiance, so here's an unbelievably artistic AMV that vaguely reminds me of the Luminosity series: http://akross.ru/index.cgi?act=video;id=3414;l=e
Well, maybe not if you directly analyze the sentiments expressed in each, but both Luminosity and Sincerity feature subdued, understated, sentimental and romantic stories where the girl has very-probably-above-average IQ if her thought processes are being accurately represented without undue idealization.
(The only properly romantic fiction I can recall reading are Jane Austen novels, so I don't know if there is much fiction like that out there. Austen's Emma might qualify, though Emma herself is anything but subdued IIRC.)

Re: AMVs
Princess Tutu is actually really good! It takes several episodes to ramp up, though; you would be forgiven for watching the first four or five and thinking it was all going to be fillery crap.
Re: AMVs
Thanks, I will try watching Princess Tutu then.
Many of the AKROSS winners are good. Among them, I especially liked this one: http://akross.ru/index.cgi?act=video;id=1407;l=e

Starships (http://vimeo.com/46927209) is my favourite.
