I'm too tired and not brain enough to consult my spreadsheet, and I foolishly opened BSS's suspicions box because I forgot I hadn't posted mine yet, but my suspicion of futurevision is heavily cached anyway from, like, practically everything futurevision has ever done or not done in this game. I agree with SERIOUSLY WHY DID PEOPLE NOT VOTE YESTERDAY. I managed to vote yesterday even though I was on airplanes for a third of it!

Paradox. They barely said a word all day yesterday (one post near the beginning) and then logged on two hours before day was supposed to end to vote for futurevision. The fact that they voted for futurevision wasn't suspicious (I'm suspicious of her too) but the fact that they waited until the end to do so gives me a bad feeling.

I'm not suspicious of michaelblume. I don't want to play with a completely inactive player but it's just something I'll have to deal with.

Still suspicious of futurevision. I feel a little suspicious of jalapeno_dude but it's not really grounded in any evidence. There's a few people who I think are more likely to be town and other than that I don't have strong suspicions either way about anybody

Despite my distrust of Kappa in this game because she has been holding social power, he seems to actually be fine, if fallible.
As an introvert, I tend to think that calls to eliminate lurkers are suspicious. As I said, though, that's probably personal bias.

I didn't vote yesterday because nobody looked suspicious to me, I didn't have the brainpower to revise my suspicion-generation algorithms to find someone, and I didn't see how modrony's suggestion of voting for someone otherwise unvoted-for would actually help with anything, since it wouldn't have won regardless. That said, I've solved the brainpower problems (turns out it was because I was getting woken up too early by the light coming through my window in the morning, so I shifted my sleep schedule back an hour and started sleeping blindfolded), so I should be able to actually participate again today.

Now, as for my own suspicions this time around:

Well, for one thing, modrony is up there. For starters, let's just note the part where, as they freely admit, they were sitting on their worries about listposts all game, but didn't publicize them until everyone likely to make one had already done so. Not to mention coupling that with an unverifiable roleclaim, since they supposedly haven't gotten any useful results out of it yet. I'm not totally convinced they're mafia yet—the part where they don't seem to actually be doing anything with the credibility they grabbed is admittedly counterevidence—but I'm still keeping an eye on them. They're either a valuable townie making a big play that I don't understand yet, or a killer making a big play that I understand perfectly.

I've also got some mild suspicion towards anthusiasum; while she hasn't done anything I can directly identify as suspicious without rereading her posts to look for it, I feel like it would be too easy for me to have missed something just because of my bias towards people with cute avatars, coupled with not having done anything that I can recall having been obviously town behavior. I'm going to need to reread all her stuff while compensating against that bias some time tomorrow so I can resolve this one way or the other, but she's on my current suspicion list because of that.

Actually, voting for someone other than michaelblume had a potential to make a huge difference.
Because if he was replaced at the last minute, the second-most voted person would die, and in this case, it was futurevision with just 3 votes.

It's likely to be modrony. I just think it's weird that they roleclaimed out of frustration when their role doesn't really give us any more information? I mean, it's one thing to roleclaim out of frustration because if we knew their role we would believe them, but they roleclaimed and then haven't really told us anything important except listposts are bad. And that wasn't early enough to stop everyone from making them.

I am not going to continue my listpost crusade today. I am reasonably happy at its success (only two people didn't do it), and I don't expect either of the two remaining players (michaelblume and Alphabeta) to do anything. I am reasonably sure that Alphabeta is Town, anyway. If a replacement for michaelblume is found, I will probably bug them to post a listpost.

I also don't understand modrony's roleclaim. I can think of two good reasons to roleclaim:
1. If think you're going to die. But no one was voting for them (I guess Alphabeta did temporarily over the demon thing, but then he retracted this).
2. If you have vital information to share and need credibility. If modrony intended their roleclaim to prevent further listposts, they did not make that clear, and they also did not succeed. (Actually, I guess the actual roleclaim was pretty explicit about telling people not to make listposts, but it was immediately undercut by their next post.)

So my suspicion of modrony is again increasing slightly. (Separately, that weird message about lights also increased my suspicion.) I still think it's more likely than not that they're Leekath, but I'm getting increasingly uncomfortable.

I'm still suspicious of futurevision but I'm glad that they're posting today and getting back into the game.

I guess modrony was asking the light to save them in that weird message and i guess the light did but if modrony hadn't claimed then the light could have protected someone else. but the lights message didn't look like modrony was asking for them to protect modrony and I'm not sure I would have understood it to mean that if I were the one being addressed. I think it would have been better tactics for modrony to stand out against listposts without roleclaiming -- a well reasoned argument doesn't need a roleclaim behind it to back it up, and because the mafia probably have safeclaims like last game, I think a roleclaim is just a distraction. But I think that if modrony is town then jalapeno is likely to be town as well because sometimes town has to get into disagreements to sort each other out.

In my first newbie game on the other site, two townies were scumreading each other and they were both 100% convinced that the other was scum and they convinced the rest of us that there was 0 possibility that neither of them were scum, so we lynched one of them first, who turned out to be the cop, and then we lynched the second one who turned out to be a vanilla townie, and that was the end of the game; mafia won. I don't think that everytime people disagree they'll both be town, but I think it's true some of the time.

Michaelblume is probably a dragon because I can't think of why anyone would have protected him in particular from being lynched.
