Elcenia Mafia Game Thread

I'm gonna post my full suspicion list the same as last game, because lists continue to have two ends, both of which are informative, and I want to give cover to anyone who might have good information about either end of the list. To make my list, I randomized the order of current players (mostly; I did privilege some rankings, such as my own :P), reread the thread, and moved someone up or down in the rankings each time something made me trust them more or less. Some people have not moved very far from their original random rankings, so my current confidence in this list is not very high, but this should improve as time goes on and the thread accrues posts.

Ahin Kithen: Doctor. Can save a healing as a potion and then use 2 in a single night.
Cenem: Can observe a single person as a bee and knows who visits that person at night.
Ehail: Every night can choose one person and if they are a baby shren or Mallyn, she can "adopt" them and get a private communication channel with them.
Eret: Bomb.
Eryn Lennryth: Alerted when somebody checks her truename and can fake an answer.
Finnah: Fruit Vendor. Fragile. Private communication with Korulen.
Gyre: Sherlock like bodyguard to Ehail.
Hallai: Chelsea
Jensal: Grant flight(invulnerability) to a random shren each night.
Kaylo: Investigative (determines someone's power)
Keo: Can add 1 person/night to private communication channel. Fails if trying to add a crook.
Korulen: Private communication with Finnah
Leekath: hears one person's night actions from their clothes. Private comms channel with Talyn.
Ludei: Sherlock style defending, but can choose the person.
Mallyn Caryllen: If he survives a night killing, he can identify his killer.
Mata: private comm with Tama
Mysha Asterra: demon.
Naraxalar: can detect if someone is a murderer (one target/night). Only those that have killed.
Narax: remove any effects from 1 person/night.
Oris: Doctor.
Revenn: Vigilante.
Rhysel: Doctor
Ryll Rysen: when she dies her killer is automatically revealed.
Saasnil Fikastel: can communicate with Korulen
Samia: can survive one night killing, but loses a turn.
Sashpark: she can investigate one person a night and learn their true name.
Satalia: Private communication with Mallyn
Simnelkoedh: Tank a killing
Talyn: Private communication channel with Leekath.
Tama: private comm with Mata.
Tanzilambe: Fire immunity.
Tekaal: Roleblocker.
Thiies: can block one vote a day due to his role in parliament.

I'm a tad suspicious of modrony, since it was apparently their idea to do this scheme back when in day 1 when it was actively counterproductive and based on things like writing voice and avatar. Of course, the fact that the definitely-murdered person was a powered person who didn't participate in the list scheme also seems indicative of something, but it's entirely possible I'm just taking the "tried to make me put effort into things" aspect of it too personally. Still, don't take this too seriously - I don't have anything more solid than this to back it up.

Urgh. Well, I was planning to work out my suspicions this afternoon, but I was horribly tired for some reason that I haven't figured out yet, and really not up to the sort of deep thought I need in order to get anything resembling good results. I'm going to sleep early tonight, so hopefully I'll be more capable of coherent thought tomorrow, get my thoughts down, and get back into the discussion. And maybe even try to make a role listpost, since I think I might have figured out a semi-secure solution to that problem.

I'm still suspicious of Alpha but it probably is just a personality thing with him. But I don't think BSS in particular would gambit like that as mafia. She's intelligent enough to do so but she also seemed a bit shy and like her personality would tend more towards not making her stick out and call attention to herself if she was mafia.

Man, I really hope Kappa's on our side. She's really taken control of the town. which is good, because he's smart, and now that we've lost Aestrix AND Daniel we should we cling to the organised as hard as we can.

also modrony with voting no lynch and then trying to vote for wolffreak instead which would have put Aestrix back in danger of THE COIN. I think I'll be a little more suspicious of him if wolffreak is no longer in his suspicions list.

I'd still like to see more activity from wolffreak but it's understandable to be new and a bit overwhelmed. I'm not suspicious about her having trouble with spoiler-boxes, though. The syntax for these things is different on every site I use and I have to preview 3-4 times before I get it right. ugh. Uh, but that's not about wolffreak. I don't think having a life outside of this forum is indicative of her role pm. Definitely recommend taking little notes as she goes along because if she thinks it's bad rereading 34 pages it's only going to get worse as time goes on. ideally the notes should not be so detailed as to become a complete unfun headache that sucks the joy out of participating in the thread but should contain enough information or at least links to posts (clicking the post title of each post can get you the direct link) that you don't have to do too much rereading. Also at the bottom there's a "sort by" thing that lets you sort by author and that can be a good way to quickly get an idea of how much someone's contributed.

Oh also, it's only somewhat thread-relevant, but to those who were hoping to read Elcenia to help with rolespec lists, I have ebookified all the Elcenia writings on the main Elcenia page and Alicorn has put them up on the site. So, there are now epubs and mobis available if you prefer reading in those formats (I do). Also, if you read Blood using the previous ebook version (as I did): that version only went through Apprentice - the first of *five* parts! There is actually *way more Blood* than you may have realized! The new ebooks have the whole thing and will thus allow you to sate your thirst for Blood.
