Alicornutopia

Hello all! I hope you can help me re-find an old short story I really enjoyed that was probably Alicorn's.

It was set in a near future with sentient AI, and focused on a Catholic priest who specialized in communicating with AIs and determining if they have souls. He traveled to this startup in Generic Northerneuropistan (I think?) and ended up psychoanalyzing an AI named after some Russian novelist. Their dialogue was fantastic.

I got the link from Scott Alexander's blog at some point. I've searched his site, google, Alicorn's hub site, and my bookmarks, but 'tis lost in the mists of history.

Anybody know what I'm talking about?
