I made an Off Topic section, turned Miscellanea into a category containing that and the preexisting Miscellanea, and moved a few things around. Feel free to talk about whatever in Off Topic.

Ah, I suppose that would be what stirred old threads into my "unread posts" feed. That was confusing for a bit.
