Practice so far has been to announce new threads in Mini-notifications.

And I wish there was a separate topic for announcing new threads only. (That thread is for mini-notifications, innit?)

Hey, this could be that topic with a slight renaming! It should be moved to the Creations subforum (folder? category? I can't find what those things are actually called) in any case.

I agree that it would be better to separate out the new-thread notifications and the updated-thread notifications, by moving this to Creations and pluralizing the title.

I think it would be helpful, when posting a thread, to post basic information about the thread (who is participating, what characters are involved) along with the link.

In this case, it looks to be Rockeye and Kappa in Barrayar, probably with space!Nick.

I expect it will be quite interesting when it starts threading.
