I've been wanting to do something in:
-The SCP universe
-Young Wizards universe
-Area X from Annihilation
-Discworld
-Bartimaues Trilogy universe
-Worm

I'm open to doing any character.

Anyone interested?

Or do you have any worlds you haven't gotten a chance to glowfic in yet?

I am really bad at remembering all the rules of settings so I would need to glowfic with someone who is intimately familiar with the chosen setting if we want to do a setting with a lot of rules.

That being said, the Bartimaeus trilogy is the best thing ever. I will do it with someone if you meet the above specification.

I tend to prefer settings from children's literature/YA because nostalgia. Also those are coming to mind more quickly because I just cleaned out my bookshelf. Here is a non-exhaustive list of settings I'd have like to do:

• Divergent
  Harry Potter
  Narnia
  Redwall (!) (Seriously if you do this with me you will have my eternal gratitude)
  Skulduggery Pleasant (I don't remember a lot about these books except that they were awesome, so my partner would have to do most of the setting work)
  Percy Jackson
  Inkheart (Same caveat as Skulduggery Pleasant, except these books were much less awesome IIRC)
  Vampirates (Mother. Fucking. VAMPIRATES.) (probably contingent on me rereading the series)

There's definitely non-children's-lit-and-YA settings I'd like to do. I might add them later if I feel like it, I might not.

I could definitely do the setting for The Bartimaues Trilogy. I've read it several times and I own the books for reference. It was my favorite series as a kid.

Anya, Aladdin seems interesting. What kind of story would you want to do?
I am reading the Dresden Files right now, I'm on the fourth book. So far I'm enjoying them, though I hear they get amazing soon.

Bluelantern: Ooh Worm would be awesome, I'm adding it to my list. Glen would make an amazing tinker. Also I could do an alt of Flynn with a variation on weaving. Hmmm... :)
How would the sims work? Would the characters be trying to figure out which mysterious force was controlling them?

I have an Aladdin character, so the first movie would be cool to glowfic. Mostly I wanna play a girl!Aladdin and see how that plays out! Having someone elses character in the place of Jasmine could be interesting.

I have two aproaches:
*A world that is just a world where stuff from sims is real. You have witches, aliens and stuff around.
*A world that went through some shenanigans and now is populated by a vast holodeck-like simulation of the sims. Humans become "Players" controling an Sim world, they have an "real" body but can control things much like a Sim Player can. Non-player Sims are still people and are at mercy of their players.

Anya, I really want to replace Jasmine with Alex as an isolated prince now.

BlueLantern: Hmm, well I don't know if I'd want the threads to be intelligent in a worm story. I'd have to think about it. Maybe a bit of both?
