Peal Endgame

So this is the post I alluded to in the "Are you being shy" topic. I was wondering if I understand the final end goal of the Peal correctly. Is the goal to eventually resurrect everyone that has ever lived and make all new sentient life immortal forever?

Secondary question, what happens to the not so nice people? For example, if everyone is getting resurrected eventually, what happens to (let's use the obvious case) Hitler? Or even more mildly distasteful people? I know Stella set up Mars to handle things like not being able to harm others and "blocking" people from even knowing you exist. Do the other members of the Peal have similar ideas? Will there be some sort of prison planet for the harmful people like someBell did with Bane?

Any other insights about the end goals would be interesting as well!

The peal all crib notes from each other, so if ultimately blocking is a really good airtight solution to unpleasant people, they will propagate it. I haven't been contemplating Hitler in particular, but I have given thought to Chelseas - eventually, when they run out of nicer people to recover, and have accumulated enough dead Chelseas, the Bells might make them a little preserve where they and anyone who soberly wishes to join them can adore each other and not be near enough anybody else to harm them.

Maaaaaybe they could set up a "reformation center"or something?

I was thinking if the Joker Dads would kept asleep forever or if someone would be kept asleep forever

If someone started waking up the dead Unpleasant Parental Figures of Jokers, there would be a problem. XD

Man, I think even waking up one would be too much of a problem, If Kas/Peetal had thought about it, they might have kept their father in the original Land of the Dead

If it was innevitable, I would suggest creating something like the Chelsea preserve, at least I think it would be karmic.

Would the Peal go as far as to create a Bell for a world without one?

I think only BEE's can "create" a person/bell where one wasn't previously.

Hmm, it would be interesting to see a Bell who is a BEE.

It would! I would like to see that.

Actually, BEEs can't create a person unless it's possible to arrange some causal mechanism for that person to be created. But it's totally possible to create people via magic - Sarion and Kas have both done it with coins, wishing for dragon eggs from nowhere and a pregnancy respectively. You're even overwhelmingly likely to get templates if you do it. Someone could totally wish for a Bell of whatever format.

Also, if you clone Bells you get Bells.
