Yeah, same! I'm normally up around an hour before day end, but I overslept for two hours today, totally missed day end, and regret it. In the future, I will set an alarm even if I expect to be awake.

Okay, my day two post is finalized. Compiling all those links is probably a waste of time, but it was strangely soothing.

A couple of things I noticed:

-The interplay between Kappa and modrony is making me a little suspicious. I would like more opinions on this. If you're up for it, please go back and reread the day 2 stuff (starting here, but you can probably start here, where people start voting, if you're in a hurry) and let me know if you also get the same feeling. I don't want to give specific examples to try to avoid biasing you.

-The episode where modrony asks MTC/wolffreak to "verify their communication channel" (from here to here) is...strange. The number MTC picked is trivially factorized, and the web site modrony linked to will in fact *only* spit out primes up to 14 digits long, which are way too small to give any kind of security. If modrony knows enough to propose this method of verification, they should know that.

The one thing that I am noticing about Kappa and Modrony is they both set up some trivial rules about how we should conduct ourselves in this game and are very insistent that other people also follow those rules. It's irritating me a little bit, both how the townies aren't questioning their leadership and that they're being vaguely rude to people who aren't going along with them (but it's benefiting us too, if the people who aren't going along with it are suspicious, all we have to do is go along with it.) I figured modrony was taking such a prominent rule because she died first last game and wanted a chance to play more. No idea about Kappa.

using a spoiler in case anyone wants to look for themselves. going to skim day 2
i think i see it
Kappa and Modrony start off talking with each other pretty comfortably. They both mention alpha in their suspicions lists. Pistachi0n is right about them both being bossy about their rules but both of their rule sets are playing directly into our hands so there's nothing for us to complain about there.

I think we should investigate modrony soon though. Maybe they are Leekath, maybe they are somebody else, but it would be good to know who they are so we can plan around them. If modrony is Leekath after all and has power to hear where one person went the night before, then I can imagine an interesting scenario in which modrony goes after one of us, but we fail to die because of pistachi0n, and then the next day we publically speculate about how jalapeno must have been dragon to survive and therefore modrony must have been faking a guilty and then the town lynches modrony for us. and then when they turn out to be innocent we can be confused.

when modrony says "maybe we should weaponise poor formatting" I wonder if modrony means modrony and kappa.

it's good that they're both sticking their necks out like this. if they slip up too much the town will chop them off for us.

These end-of-the-day distractions like the "what if futurevision hasn't posted because is a demon" thing is fascinating and provides useful cover if any of us want to shuffle our votes without looking suspicious. it's great. :D

and then at the end modrony votes PDV but then sheeps Kappa when Kappa votes tau.

And you're right about the prime number thing. I did fail to factorise it in my head and using wolfram alpha would be cheating but I would totally use wolfram alpha if I thought it'd keep me from being lynched.

Here's my hypothetical listpost:
listpost
Ahin: Doctor. Not totally intuitive, because lights fit much more neatly into the doctor role, but witches still can fit it, and I can't recall any lights who actually get screentime or characterization.
Eret and Theedy: Roleblockers, picking one person per night to mess with the way they messed with Rhysel's transfer point. Have a private communication channel with each other. Also take two hits to kill because shren.
Kaylo: Nonstandard investigator. Uses analysis spells to identify which magic types, if any, someone has (wolfrider, light, witch, sorcerer, etc.) Also takes two hits to kill because dragon.
Mata and Tama: Have a private communication channel with each other, but if one dies, so does the other.
Talyn: Votestealer, because that's basically the mafia equivalent of the skimming-off-people's-lifespans he did.
A Vampire Priest: Designates one person per night who appears to all investigators that night as the most common/innocent possible result. Innocent to cops, nonmagical to Kaylo, and so on.
The bit about not recalling any lights is a lie, but it's what Innocent!Tulip would have thought, since she wouldn't have been reminded of Oris' existence. Are there any obvious modifications I should make, or does this seem fine? (the vampire priest entry's mild suspiciousness is deliberate, as a way of baiting investigators, but I'm open for ideas on how to make it draw less non-investigator heat onto me)

It looks good but didn't tau say it was one hit to kill a dragon?

I thought they could no-sell the first hit against them, making it take a total of two. Isn't that why he didn't die?

ohhh. yeah i think we're both saying the same thing just using different words. I'm using "1-shot" to mean that the first shot does nothing and the 2nd shot kills them. I think you're using two to mean that it takes a total of two shots to kill them.
