Alicornutopia

I am sort of uncomfortable with another glowfic color having blue in the name, because confusion. Is there another word we can call it, but let you have essentially the same color?

That colour works for me.

On the other hand, people who don't know why we shortened it might call it "navy blue" and then the confusion is back, so maybe we should look for dark blue shades that don't have "blue" in the name to begin with?

Indigo?

Indigo is traditionally a shade of purple, isn't it?

I looked over Wikipedia's list of colours and the only one I could find that was a shade of dark blue without "blue" anywhere in the name was zaffre.

It's on the rainbow spectrum as "that dark color between blue and violet." It's certainly more purple than navy but I think "it's blue/it's purple" depends on the exact shade; Wikipedia has a list but I only got through about 8 before I gave up xD

Indigo is only even in the rainbow because somebody liked the number seven, it's not a real color.

That example shows up poorly for me on mobile: the black extends only from (say) the inside bottom curve of the "g" to the inside top curve of same, missing the ascenders entirely.
