There is a PANG and a weird sensation, then the walls fold away revealing a small cylindrical hangar like space.

"No copying?" asks Cam.

"You can't copy it without the blue thing?" Cam confirms. He follows a fair amount of what the alien says, but it's unclear enough that he's repetitively making sure so there's less room to claim misunderstanding if he catches it in a lie.

"And you aren't going to teleport away a ship I make either?"
