My list of people and thoughts about them, based on instinct and some reasons: (I'm on mobile, I tried to fix typos but might have missed some, sorry)
1. Aestrix- I am not suspicious of, mostly for personal feeling reasons. She was nice and made me feel better when I was sad because my feelings decided everyone thought I was a murderer in real life and so I'm not sure if this is a reasonable decision, but it looks like most people think she is town
2. futurevision - I think they are still alive? I don't think we've heard from them in a while, also a bunch of people were voting against them and I'm not really sure why they stopped? So I'm suspicious of the them.
3. jalapeno_dude - I don't really have strong feelings one way or the other. I think sometimes pushes for revelation of information gathering templates which is bad. Medium suspicion?
4. kuuskytkolme - if I remember correctly ,which I might not, often pushes for role reveals. Medium suspicion.
5. no.head.chicken- I actually don't remember much of what they've done. Some of the things they say seem like really bad ideas but that could also be inexperience like I sometimes do. Mild suspicion.
6. Anthusiasm -claims to be Darcy with no powers. Role claims have been shown not to be useful. Ozy's switch might indicate not being fun to play. Very little suspicion.
7. Paradox - I don't think they've said much? I remember reading that they were voting suspiciously but I don't remember who said it. I should probably read through the archives later to see. Mild suspicion.
8. pistachi0n -confirmed cultist. Incompatible goals, eventually probably needs to die but not as urgently as the mafia. Probably willing to work with town for now. Mild distrust.
9. Shoal -confirmed cultist, role claimed Alex publicly, could have lied. Alpha beta confirming that this has been consistent in cult chat would take that they are not actually something else. Distrust.
10. Tamien- are they still alive? I thought i deleted dead folks from my list. There's still time but I don't remember hearing from them for a while. Lurking or outside life? Mild suspicion.
11. tau -??? No strong feelings. Currently weakly trying to pin powers on me, mostly I think they are reasonable. (In my memory). Neutral.
12. Thatwasademo- sometimes makes bad suggestions, and votes I think? Vague suspicion.

I don't like these demands to claim. We've lost three useful templates, and you want to put the others at risk? What? No, no let's not do that. If you're suspicious of me or BSS or any other potentially useful template, give me facts and reasons, not 'Well they should claim,' without any reasoning why, otherwise you're just asking possible templates to put themselves at risk for bad reasons.

@BlueSkySprite: Your list has some problems. Futurevision and Tamien are dead, and you left off alphabeta. (I think a couple of other people have left alphabeta off their lists, but am too lazy to go back and check the last ~10 pages of the thread).

I admit I have probably been overzealous in trying to understand why people know the things they're claiming, which in practice has meant seeking out investigative roles. This is in character for my template, but that was unintentional--it's really more a combination of my being a fairly inexperienced Mafia player (I've only every played in person, and never with all these complicated extra roles) and my really wanting to know what's going on.

Warning to everyone that I am traveling this weekend, starting tonight, and will not be able to post much, if at all. I *will* attempt to vote on Saturday before the deadline but may not be able to follow the conversation in detail.

I am debating whether or not to share my list of people and what I think of them currently -- the list I posted before was abbreviated, did not include reasons, was originally written a few days ago and was edited slightly each day as new info came in, but there is a separate list that was done in words instead of numbers.

The reason I feel like holding back is that there are some people that I suspect of having protown power roles because of my interpretations or misinterpretations of what they've said in the thread. If I'm right, and people take me seriously/agree with my reasoning, then saying what I think could put those people in danger which would be bad. On the other hand, I've been wrong about everything else so even if I start being right now, I'm not sure whether I'll be believed.

Here are my options as I see them:

I could share my opinions but leave out anything like "I think PERSON1 is a protown power role because REASON1, REASON2, REASON3", perhaps instead writing "I think PERSON1 is protown because REASON3" (omitting both that I think they're a power role and what specifically makes me think they're a power role instead of just a regular person.

I could share my opinions, including who i think has a protown power role, including my reasons for thinking so, because I'm probably wrong anyway.

I could keep quiet about my opinions to lower the signal to noise ratio.

I could only share opinions about why I think a person is mafia if i think they are. I could just not say anything about who i think is town. (i would note here that i don't have any strong convictions that anyone in particular is mafia at the moment)

I agree with Aestrix that claiming now seems like a bad idea (even if you don't have powers it narrows down who could have them) and am kinda suspicious of people suggesting it.

Also, not really relevant but I saw this tumblr post today and was amused by the thought that the mafia are actually deadly airbending journalists.
