Speaking of interactions: it might be noticeable that I am big on the implications of translation. Not just translating language, but translating pieces of worlds. This means that the answer to “what happens when Magic X interacts with Magic Y” is dependent on how they got in touch with each other and where the interaction is happening. (And reifying this produces another thing to play with from within the story, possibly...)

Here's a few things I'd be interested in glowficing, though it's more concepts than worlds.

Time loops
Wishcoins
Vampire bonding (or something similar)
Raiden (my new character, any setting)
The Master from Doctor Who (I'd like to try and write him, I have no idea how successful I'd be)
Romance (I don't have much experience with this)
The Organization (I'd like to flesh it out a bit more, also possibly get a different name)

I just want dragons.

Now I'm imagining my character Thanjen encountering dragons who are perturbed by his pretending to be a dragon. Someone else would have to supply the particular dragons.

I've been thinking about Cardcaptor Sakura lately as a possible glowficable place, anyone up to it?

But anyway, I now badly want to glowfic Kakos Industries. It's from a hilarious podcast I just finished listening to.

I've also been wanting to use the Name of the Wind as a starting point for a setting. I've been playing around with it for a while and have some ideas about the magic. I don't think I'd want to include Kvothe, unless someone thinks they can write him.

I have a setting loosely based on Darren Shan's Demonata series that could be fun to play around in. It's significantly less dark than the books if you read them and are wondering.

Also, if anyone is willing to deal with me attempting to write canon characters, I've been wanting to try Will from Hannibal, the Master from Doctor Who, and Luna from Harry Potter. It would likely be my own, slightly different, versions of them rather than an exact match to canon.

I think author threads are a thing. Probably more as a "Here are my characters and maybe some ideas in a general list". Minor-necroposting this thread up for topical ideas is probably a good idea.

On thread topic; recently finished Worm from learning it by being around here, think it'd be fun to write something along the lines of 'mid-level capes trying to influence things' or 'low-levels surviving Endbringer fallout'. Null-fun to show up and instantly outclass Eidolon or anything.
