if you draw children with open mouths, their grown up teeth look too big for their faces. (at 10, most of the visible teeth in a smile would be grown up teeth, but they would still be a bit too big. younger than ten, they might have front teeth missing still, or have a mixture of baby and adult teeth). At ten they probably have some baby teeth in the back still but you don't see molars in a smile usually...Their eyes are also lower on their faces than adults, and their heads are larger, relative to their bodies, than adults (although this is more subtle by the time they're ten. it's really obvious when they're younger).

other ways to make them look younger is pigtails (not an option here because you were drawing a specific hairstyle), clothes that are more little kid than teenager, like a shirt with a cartoon on it instead of a shirt with a boyband on it. also for younger kids (younger than 10), accessories like teddy bears and stuff can help.

another thing that can help is drawing some background -- showing Bella in a doorway and having her be noticeably shorter than she would usually be in a doorway, or showing her next to an adult who is still visibly taller than her.
