So would being miracled and/or switching to sirasiahr cure or at least vastly help most inside shrens because they are no longer intrinsically inferior?

Well, it's probably harder to kick the habit once it's thoroughly developed.

The insideness has its own momentum after a while, but it would certainly help some of them.

Yeah, it certainly wouldn't cure Ilen. But it might get him to the point of being able to contemplate, if not go through with, exposure therapy or some other not-pure-magic help.

Does Reform Draconic have the incredibly-positive opinion about ex-shrens that Old Draconic has?

Reform Draconic thinks it's pretty amazing but not by-definition-miraculous that shrens can cease to be shrens. Ex-shrens are pretty cool; they are siaddaki and a little bit shrennaki! :D

I expect a lot of the residents of the houses would have reactions similar-to-but-not-as-strong-as Mial’s if you did that before sirasiahr is invented. Imagine being told all your life that you’re horrible and awful. One person comes by and says you aren’t, and you intuitively know that what they are saying is wrong.

What are the "rules" for down magic? It is constrained to Earth gravity equivalent?
How the sun works? I mean, why-how it is bright? if it burns stuff or what?

On the planet with which we are familiar, it's Earthlike gravity. The moon has less, although not very much less. The sun is on fire.
