Q&A with Rockeye

If it's germane, yet doesn't fit into another category, it can go here.

And it is often nonviable to make multiple accounts for multiple instances, just from sheer lack of pictures. Trying for a new account for every single instance is just not a goal that can reasonably happen with every facecast. You should be okay, though if you use an account a lot for lots of different things it might be smart to specify that the account is for the template, not a specific character name in an attempt to cut back on confusion. But whether you do or not is up to you, I know I haven't.

A lot of people do. There was confusion within the last week about Kappa’s female Gregor account. Even Alicorn does it with two especially close instances of a template (like Ice and Dreamer), or even not-that-close instances like Tab and Christ.

I find it mildly annoying when the two instances don’t share a name, but only mildly. I dislike when different characters in the same continuity share an account (except in rare cases like Mark using thisvorlunatic sometimes), but even that is common.

As I said earlier in the thread I find it more confusing that your account here has the same name and icon as the Nick-specific account on Dreamwidth, but you already said you didn’t want to change that and it would be nigh impossible now if you were to change your mind.

Don't know if I mentioned this anywhere or not yet. In the Gren-in-Aurum sandbox Alicorn and I decided that Strike Witches are unusually prone to being imprinted on because their power is metaphysically linked to youth/fertility.

Apparently there are theoretical plans for long-term human habitation on Venus, which reminded me of Cloudbank. Cloudbank at least has natural oxygen, though.

Heh. Was this post inspired by the same SciShow video I saw a day or two ago?

This one

It sounds like an interesting idea. I hope to see it go somewhere.

The second Fate to show up in my Steel/Worm box with Pedro can be summed up in this line of internal monologue: "Huh. I have no idea where I am. The sky sure is pretty here, needs more trees though."
