Lambda is correct. There could be very large magical artifacts, but not buildings. Religious objects could be artifacts, I just didn't happen to list any.

Wait... wheelchairs? Maybe they do, maybe they don't. Using a wheelchair is really not the end of the world, it's just a vehicle, same as a trike or a hoverbike or a broom.
