It’s too bad Mendar isn’t a real character; I’d like to pair the closest thing Barashi has to a god of death with a few other beings (mainly the Admin and Iggy).

EDIT: I just realized this is the second time of two that I have implicitly taken Bella’s side in the Butterfly/Trouble Have One of the Worst Bell/Joker Relationship issue. This is not because I 100% agree with her; it’s because I think Trouble does a better job of explaining himself than Bella does in this case.

Dogs narrator: "I don't mean that you should just let them all run wild, I mean they shouldn't exist! Look, I can get you historical materials on how -"

Ace: "...to completely destroy the economy?"

Dogs narrator: "That one I haven't heard, and I've studied the Last Extinction."

Ace: "Pokémon are used for everything; I don't know what your 'animals' were doing before you got rid of them but it doesn't sound like it was 'producing all the electricity and assisting in every industry from farming to construction to police work'."

Steel: "Ugh. Does everything have to move around so much? Even if I try to do magic, we're not staying still enough to do anything useful."

Nick: "That's a fact of life here, unfortunately. It would be a lot easier if we had access to solid ground."

Steel: "I need to learn to work with my hands."

Nick: "Afraid so."

Also, Here Is a Thing. it is not complete, I got to the bottom of page 6 and remembered the existence of homework, the list of rejections and requests are incomplete. Also it seems like there should be a way to combine characters into one column and authors into one column or something , but I'm not sure what. But it is a possible start.

It seems like, rather than three separate pages, it might be more convenient to have everything on one sheet with a column for completed/refused/open. (Easier for people browsing to find a specific request and discover its status, easier for people maintaining the sheet to mark an open request as completed/refused.)

Steel: *raise eyebrows* "A third what?"
Glass: "I barely know that any better than you do. I can see peculiar hidden traits of people, indistinctly, and some of those traits come in groups, and yours is a group I have not seen before."
Steel: "Intriguing. You have no idea at all? Perhaps it has to do with how we have different kinds of magic - your echo in the stream is... Very bright."
Glass: "Is that your sensory magic?"
Steel: "Sensory abilities are part of my magic, yes. But it's all from the same source - sensing, changing, using."
Glass: "Yes, I can see that. …Separately from the moiety thing, I can see magic."
Steel: "In a different way than I can see magic? I wouldn't have been able to - pick out any details from a person's outline."
Glass: "In a completely different way, yes."
Steel: "I don't suppose you can distribute it. I'm sure it would be interesting. If you like, I'll help you sign up to visit a stone circle. If you visit one there's about a 70% chance you'll spend a week cut off from your senses and then get access to the bluestream."
Glass: "I could get you a pair of spectacles, but not an exact duplicate of the way I currently see magic. I'd like to have a look at a circle, at least. Does it work only on conventional senses or also magical senses?"
Steel: "It doesn't affect anybody who already has access to the stream. And I've never heard of any other sort of magic. You may have some trouble navigating the bureaucracy. Unless you can make yourself invisible or otherwise hidey, then you could just sneak in."
Glass: "I can be invisible. And maybe I'll be able to tell what it'll do to me just by looking, or call in someone who's better at seeing magic than I am to do that."
Steel: "I would like to extract a promise not to break things or magic or people, barring self defense or a clear emergency, if I let you follow me into my world to stare at our magic things."
Glass: "I certainly have no plans to break things, magic, or people barring those eventualities, and expect to be able to find minimally destructive solutions even given same, but it's possible I will find your world morally indefensible and need to break something fixing it."
Steel: "I'm not familiar with your moral system or what you'd find indefensible. There's crime, the occasional war, natural disasters. The government is..." *shrug* "Public works is about the only thing they consistently get right. Nobody starves or dies of preventable disease except in far-flung parts of the globe that seem to not want to be developed."
Glass: "Well, that sounds like it's in need of fixing but not on an emergency timescale. However, if there is an alternate universe version of me in your world I do reserve the right to give her all my copiable magic powers and turn her loose with them to do as she likes."
Steel: "You're making yourself sound like a crusader of some kind. I'm not sure I like the idea of a person I barely know writing all the rules."
Glass: "If you want to check out my universe or one of the others my alts have been working on you may."
Steel: "I accept your invitation, thank you. Would you please describe some of the typical ways you solve problems?"
Glass: "It's fairly popular to start magical colonies in space and invite mass immigration rather than directly confronting other governments over their practices."
Steel: *visits belled worlds, finds them pleasing, invites Glass into her world*
