Most Bells don't have a conflict-encouraging derangement from an alien symbiote attached to their brain.
(Different end spoiler, but still pretty spoilery)
Would a Bell be able to detect the conflict-encouraging derangement from an alien symbiote attached to their brain and correct for it? It seems less difficult than what Juliet did, with the difference that this one is at least partially sentient.
Bell self-editing doesn't seem to be limitless in theoretical scope; Shell Bell was unable to change her orientation without outside assistance. I think from what I know of Worm, shutting out your passenger's influence would probably be even harder than that.
Damn. I still want a HPMOR sandbox. Specially one where an Amariah interacts with Minerva and Hermione, that ought to turn out hilarious due to cultural diferences.
Sorry for my bad english

I really think me and Eliezer sandboxing would turn out badly. And I think the Four Houses would turn out differently entirely rather than mapping neatly if glowfic characters were founding Hogwarts.
I'm sort of tempted to try to come up with a set of four glowfic templates who could be instantiated with cutesy alliterative names and form the basis of four Hogwarts houses, without particular reference to the exact parameters of the canon ones... XD

Give in to the temptation of the templating side XD

Interesting. Are you willing to specify further how you think it would go badly? I had been guessing that the reason we hadn’t seen a Bell meet HJPEV was that Eliezer just didn’t want to do any RPing, I imagine he could see it as too much of a time‐sink, but the quoted message seems to suggest something different.
