I mostly forget I had parlor tricks able to do that but have not intentionally abandoned it. I am not committed in any continuities to parlor tricks being available or unavailable to people from elsewhere.

How common is the knowledge of concordances and Limbo in the Daeva realms?

Depends a lot on your social circle.

If concordances are about the size of that one building, do they appear in predictable locations or anything? What happens if you fill in the spot where the next concordance will turn up with solid gold or something?

They appear in predictable locations. If you fill one up with gold then there's gold in it. It would get in the way. Also whoever was manning the official correspondence would get mad at you.

Even if you fill it up before it appeared? What happens if both sides try to do that?

And now if I lived there I would want to try this at a Hell/Heaven concordance just to annoy the people getting in the way of useful mail and communication, but probably wouldn’t. Unless I thought people would then get bored of the skirmish attempts and then I could set up a proper train station.

I wouldn’t use gold, I just thought of it because Hell.

I haven't worked out all the details of concordances. Maybe it alternates which side's stuff is in the concordance.
