They have not, but that was confirmed earlier in thread. As this is not an official worldbuilding thread per se, and as Alicorn could change her mind even if it was, that might not be final but it is at least strongly suggestive.

In one of my own worlds anyone doing field work out of their home universe would have their name wiped from their memory and a different one assigned but that's because Starlight is just bizarrely genresavy, and practices insane degrees of information compartmentalization for explorers et al. That said the weird syllable thing would potentially allow a fairy to guess. Also most operatives are not remotely baseline humans so it's not really clear if various darts and such would work or not, depends heavily on the type of body they're wearing.
