You could do it literally, as a contest. Given 1 hour, with no "prep" (ie, no stored up Wishcoins), how much energy-in-the-violates-conservation-thereof-sense can the Bell produce?
Alternately, they could all be made torchable (for whoever isn't already) and battle in a big arena, with each Bell being eliminated at first Torching.

I can't imagine the circumstances under which you could actually get the Bells to have such a tournament.
On the other hand, the Jokers would totally do it. And it would go like this: Brilliance blows up everybody. Then they cuddle.

Likewise, all the methods have strong and weak points and they're hard to arrange...
