I was assuming that the summoning circles are just that weird and somehow had a better "range" than the traditional ones.
Are there schools in Fairyland and Heaven?

There are probably educational institutions, but there aren't children, so not standard schools.

There aren't any child summoners who died untimelily? It seems hard to prevent a kid with a bit of common knowledge from drawing a circle with sidewalk chalk and writing "summon angel".

There were, at least, child summoners at one point in time. However, parents, schools, and anything that does any sort of babysitting has the good sense to NEVER LEAVE A KID with chalk and an empty sidewalk unattended. For obvious reasons. The same is true of magic markers and huge pieces of paper, and such.
The child summoners that die early follow the same rules as limbo children, but they're rare and daeva have no idea what to do with them. The ratio of normal daeva to daeva who were once summoners is already immense, the ratio of normally appearing daeva and child summoners is even greater. Thus, no schools.

How about normal Daevas? I think Angels would have schools for them and maybe Fairies, Demons might have something more like individual tutoring.... but still they should have somewhere to learn.

Like I said, there are probably educational institutions. I imagine Hell in particular as having libraries, where by "library" I mean "a place where you go and tell them all the books you know and they tell you some books that you did not already know and then you go home and make yourself those books and some cocoa and there's your week planned".

That is hilarious and genius, well done! xD
It is just me or Hell is a loner-kind of place? It doesn't look like a place with a lot of community life?

Cam is an introvert and you don't see him hanging out with other demons onscreen much, but there are totally Hellcities and Hell Events of various kinds.

A Hellibrary is a card catalog. :)

If there are Hellcities, I bet that there's a special place in Hell.
