Thanks for identifying it (and for writing it in the first place).

Now I see why I couldn’t find it: you used a singular God instead of plural gods, runes instead of sigils, and apparently I forgot to favorite it when I first saw it. I don’t know why I couldn’t find it in the noise when searching for just “so true” and “math club”, though; now Twitter shows it near the top of the search list.

The way it necessitates switching around the "girl shows up in disguise to do Boy Thing, beats all the boys at Boy Thing, reveals herself to astonished boys, le gasp" trope is particularly fun.
