Ah, that makes much more sense. Full niece on her side instead of half niece on Finwë’s.

In Silmaril Kandrona, Talik-Allot-Tuhayfir says "There's one female in the fleet? Big social experiment, people made a fuss about it."
Does she correspond to some Elf?

I bet it's Irisse
Could also be Artanis I guess

From subsequent mentions I remember deciding Irissë seemed more likely to me, but I don't recall her name or face ever coming up.

Yeah, it's Irisse, name and face didn't appear in the thread I don't think. Galadriels don't get involved in wars except when it's the only way to leave Valinor.

1. In room of requirement, why hasn’t Timothy figured out that Can and Miranda are alts yet?
2. In Silmaril, what about Arda is general knowledge among demons? It seems implausibly for them not to have noticed by now that the Elves are still producing published works but are not in Limbo.

The second one is pretty plausible. They know there are Elves in Endorë, so they're not expecting literally nothing, and if they conjure for works of Elves on Valinor they do get nothing. (Although, Amriac didn't know about the black hole and she's from a couple months later, so news might not travel very fast.)
Most likely way of spotting suspiciously recent publications is conjuring for collected works of some specific person known to have been on Valinor, and we don't know how detailed they're being when examining Elf culture.

1. Timothy has not seen not-sad!Cam, they don't look or speak alike, they're from wildly different cultures, they are very different ages, no family data has been provided for context, their names are only suspiciously similar if you're looking closely for fairly specific trends and the parts they go by don't match at all, and in general they're presenting sufficiently differently. Maitimo will notice when he enters the picture because he's seen not-sad!Cam but Timothy is currently not set up to notice without some kind of additional evidence presenting itself.
2. Demons vary a LOT in what sources of news they pay attention to. Some of them live in population centers and keep up on all the current events, some of them live in deep void and don't interact with current events at all, individual demons who appear will have whatever relationship to the news I happen to find convenient.

That’s what I’d been assuming for 1. before the 32-minute monologue, where he showed he had gotten enough about Cam that I thought he’d have noticed.
For 2, it makes sense that individual demons might not notice or might be lightyears from civilization or something. I’m more wondering why those who do pay attention haven’t noticed. It’s public knowledge a demon holed the planet and I would have expected that out of billions of demons there are some archivists who would notice.

What demon do you expect to have been paying attention to who holed the planet who didn't know? (Also I'm not sure this is actually set up in such a way as to identify Cam usably. His mail title has "Cam" in the Roman alphabet; notes about him in Arda wouldn't use that and he's not the only person to go by the syllable and I'm not sure he was photographed.)
