I've been playing it for a couple of months (@andaisq [shocking, i know] and @mortjuste [who is Seeking, and may Betray you if you're chill with that, and will accept any Starveling Cats which you wish to get rid of]). Andi is also mid-late, Mort is early PoSI because he has Persuasive 7 and needed Fate to get through the gate.

Have you looked into any of the lore? There's stuff in the game itself but I had to go elsewhere to the lore wiki to really help put it all together. The stuff about the previous Fallen cities and why they Fell is particularly interesting if anyone would like to check it out (hella spoilers of course: http://thefifthcity.wikia.com/wiki/The_Fallen_Cities)
