A demon could probably not make a person from no model - the brain is complicated and badly understood - but with a model, they could make a blank version of somebody for Elspething, sure.

Yes and Yes. The questions are more about the demonic capabilities than practical uses.

It does mean a brain-model, and it doesn't have to be person-specific for Elspeth's purposes (though they do need to be able to recognize themselves as the target person), though loading up the brain with a mind by non-Elspeth mechanisms might require matching.

Cloud-fluff is a little glowy, but unless there's a lot of it around it's not that efficient at it. If you live in a cave made entirely of cloud-fluff, there is plenty of light to see by. If you want to live in a house, you're better off with lamps.

And that's different between the Incandescence continuity and the various Cam sandboxes, yes? I think that's the source of blue's confusion.
