The character, Galadriel, is a template-replacement for a Vorkosiganverse character; she'll appear in both Nexus and Superluminal. The template name is Graham due to the pre-glowfic origins but I don't think any instances actually named that are slated to appear in Effulgence. Her account was used there because she looked about right to be a Frolis human morph Trouble might spend time in.

He's from about a week after White Night! Still recovering from the whole Lash Incident, still very actively mentoring Molly, everything has not yet gone to hell. Well, no more than usual.
