They get a snapshot of Draconic. They cannot keep up with the evolving structure at all.

What about any other languages?

Dragons do not confer non-Draconic languages. They don't so much have them as they have the flawless ability to behave as though they do under all circumstances, and daeva can't copy that.

So a daeva would sort of get what Mallyn wants?
Fairyland is lively and full of interesting flora and fauna, including a plant that can be turned into a beverage that will cause an ex-summoner fairy to sprout fairy wings.
I assume that fairies can drink it and decline to grow wings? Does it work on other ex-summoner daeva? Other natural daeva who cut off their wings? Humans? Does the drinker or preparer have any control over the appearance of the wings?

Can demons make the flower or beverage, or is it too magical? I assume the same answer holds for Bar and squares.

Yes. Yes. Yes. No, the process of trying to grow the wings is fatal to anyone who can die but does work on limboites. No. Too magical. Right.

Is it ever exported to Limbo? I know they can't fly but they are awfully pretty.
