Well, now it seems obvious. :p I scrolled through the characters spreadsheet before posting here and distinctly recall noticing those templates but ignoring them since they weren't Bell!kids. Derp.

Having recently watched the Dark Knight trilogy, I’m rereading the Lost Pen portion of Effulgence.

Milliways is of course not bound to work by its usual rules. If it does, however, do I understand correctly that Pen is not going to be rescued from outworld unless John dies (because if John stays alive Pen will return to Milliways so time stays paused)?

By the usual rules, that is the case if and only if John will in fact find Milliways on his birthday on schedule and be able to get Pen to it.

So the titles have gone up in the past couple of days, right? Those look new and shiny.

Someone was confused about Effulgence and one of the things that came up in discussing how they could have gone in less confused was section titles, so I made up section titles.
