'This guy' should be a link from context, but is not.

Paul Bettany played an albino in Da Vinci Code, maybe there's enough icons of that to be workable?

Oops, yea, it was supposed to be a link.
Here

Paul Bettany could work, thanks! He's very different from how I imagine Ryou to look, but I'm not sure how close I'm going to be able to get.

There's also the option of photo manipulation to use something that isn't quite the right color yet, as I believe is done for Aurum vampires.

I’m not sure how well photo manipulation works when you have 2015 technology and human abilities instead of either vampire abilities or futuristic computers. I know it can do some things, but I also know it’s not perfect and it requires skills I know little about.

Is there anybody here with the relevant skills who can comment on how plausible doing this would be?

Changing hair color is a complete bitch to do, from a photo manipulation standpoint. Lighter hair is easier to work with than darker hair, but neither is super fun. It's plausible, and likely to be super helpful if you use it right, but do not attempt to turn a brunette into an albino, that is the path of pain and torment. Blonde into an albino is much more doable.

I'm pretty sure Ezra means that the icons for Golden and Nathan are photomanipped, not that Aurum uses photo manipulation (though yes, that too).

You might be interested in these photoshoots by Anna Danilova. The male model is unfortunately credited only with the name Nikolay. Or Stephen Thompson unless he's too old.

I have a request!

I am sufficiently bad at faces that I'll just link to some original illustrations of the Connecticut Yankee instead. Can anyone recommend a source of icons that look vaguely like this guy depicted here? (Dressed medievally is ideal, but 1889 also works.)
