Plus, scum have safeclaims this game, apparently, so this could easily be a safeclaim. (It'd be a really good safeclaim, too, because you can't really disprove it).

Also, Paradox claims that their role shows up as scum. Kel's Mysterious Power claims that Paradox's faction is scum. It's not impossible that this falls under the jurisdiction of the power Paradox describes, but that plus the existence of safeclaims makes me suspicious enough to keep my vote where it is.

Sorry if you are actually not mafia, Paradox. I think you probably are mafia, given that you showed up that way to an investigation. I'm not entirely sure, but I think the best strategy for situations like that is to say that you will show up as mafia before somebody investigates you, so that it doesn't look like you are just using a safe-claim once you've already been found out. (This is something crypto might be useful for if it was allowed and easier to use correctly.) Also, from the one mafioso we've seen so far, it looks like the mafia is possibly demons, which Ceet couldn't really be mistaken for.

So I think the right thing to do is bring you to mob-justice, but I am actually sorry if you are not mafia. It might help your case some to quote a role-PM, but a mafia member could still probably fake a role-PM too.

pistachi0n, I would expect your power, regardless of faction, to regard your win-condition as most aligned with your win-condition, no matter what your faction is. If you'd like to do a test in which your second vote is for someone non-scum, in order to demonstrate that it switches to the most-scummy person, you can put it on me (I am TOWN, without caveats), and see if it changes. I'm a little concerned that Paradox might actually be non-scum, although they do seem the most likely to be mafia right now. But it looks like we are killing Paradox, and that would probably show up in the autopsy report, and then we could just try again. But I understand if you don't want to risk losing the opportunity to show that your power chooses between two votes.
