There's always a chance. But it's possible that a Joker twin might end up being a different kind of Steven anyway. Or they could be someone else. Jokers are flexible like that. XD In specific, it's really unlikely that a non-Steven Joker sibling will turn up attached to the A cluster (which is the cluster that has fathers from the same template as Alice's), unless it's a third child after a Joker and a Steven. But that could hapen too, in theory.

So A-cluster Jokers are always the firstborn?

Yes. Unless one pops up who isn't. But that almost certainly won't happen. It's just not strictly impossible. XD

Are identical Joker and/or Bell twin siblings a thing? That aren't clones.

In fact I have just recently come up with joker sextuplets for a possible future Gemini verse. They are all jokers, three identical male, three identical female. The A-Dad who obtained illicit fertility drugs to get powerful children regrets this decision immensely.

The likelihood that a group of Joker siblings are going to end up having sex with one another increases with the size of the group. At six, it's pretty much a given.

As for powers, I have not yet decided. :D
