Could a person ask the nightmare beast to bring another person later? Does a Tarot card can be picked again later? Any problems with leaving a note behind?

I would be interested to see an Ichabod thrown into this world! It doesn't seem like a terribly common template to me.
(The only one that springs to mind is the Torz Prime, and I enjoyed him.)

(I just want to note that the Death card in tarot doesn't actually mean death, it means transformation. For actual death you want the... ten of swords, iirc? *consults google* yeah, ten of swords.)

Yeah, of the Major Arcana it's the Tower that I'd rather not draw.

They will both have the same 'power type' - a broad category, but everyone within it has recognizable commonalities. "Gem-style magical girl" is a card option, but their magical powers, costume style, etc, etc, may still be different.

It is possible to have the same exact power set as someone else, but unlikely to happen by chance. If you're abducted along with someone else, you can coordinate your choices so you both end up with the exact same powerset, sets that build on each other, etc.

For what I remember The Hangman and The Devil aren't really that nice either.
