Why isn't Rapunzel more nervous?

I was thinking of the hubristic tendencies that Aether was always trying to surpress. You might have answered my question, but if you want to answer "amount of hubris they allow themselves, given their circumstances" that would be cool.
Most Bells don't have favorite colors more than "I guess I better pick a stock answer for this question" (though I can give you that, if you want).
sure. :) They seem to have favourite colour schemes anyway, at least for the purposes of becoming empresses/queens/etc.
All Bells are right handed except Golden (ambidextrous post-turning), Aegis (ambidextrous in exo or post-wish) and Lorica (likewise in full kit) and Clarity (who has no hands). Are you asking about how much they've worked on being able to do things with their off-hands?
You have answered the question I was asking, but I am now curious abuot how much they have worked on being able to do things with their off-hands. It seems like something a Bell would do to prepare themselves in case they break their right arm and find themselves unable to notebook for 6 weeks.
ability to tolerate social niceties: You're going to need to elaborate on this question or all I can give you is "for any definition Aegis probably loses only to Cayra".
all the little things that people do in order to signal things to other people, like saying "good morning" when it isn't but you wish to communicate that you're the sort of thoughtful person that remembers to say good morning. or putting your knife and fork together at the end of the meal to indicate that you've finished. or all of the social subtext stuff that Rapunzel's having trouble with now because she wasn't raised with it. or for example with Kiri having to learn to pay attention to clothes even though she doesn't care about them, because they communicate things.

Bells vary innately in gender, sexuality, and possibly other traits that aren't coming to mind right now (I consider ethnicity cosmetic for them).
I don't understand MBTI well enough to comment (and don't feel like researching it). Big Five: low agreeableness, moderate neuroticism, high conscientiousness, low extroversion, high openness to experience but in a sort of narrow and volatile way. Cayra's going to be extroverted for magic reasons, and Bells in general can work on getting more agreeable when they have reasons and resources, and by "volatile" for OtE I mean that they shift heavily from exploration to exploitation when they have a big enough hammer.
The Three Questions are kind of a flagship trait but they aren't essential in phrasing or centrality. I am unlikely to produce a Bell who doesn't use something recognizably like them, but if I did it wouldn't shatter a necessary part of the template.
Butterfly presently actively desires to commit genocide and is willing if necessary to go through probable-innocent human (or alien) shields, it's fun :3 Juliet at one time would have considered instakilling all vampires a reasonable solution to the problems caused by vampires but was turned around pretty quick when she encountered Minus.

The (Relevant) Bells that are closer to their siblings?

Rapunzel is more paranoid than nervous. She has principally intellectual - and now disintegrating - expectations about the bad behavior of people around her, and on top of that she has always expected to be able to recover completely from any nonlethal injury and this expectation remains firmly in place.
Hubris: The only Bells who are noticeably restraining their hubris are the ones with present gods expected to have opinions. Aether, Cooper, Spring a little bit, otherwise they're limited by resources and that's it.
Color schemes: Yes, but this is mostly because Bells dislike tacky color-chaos, so picking a handful of arbitrary colors that work together decently and/or have good thematic tie-ins is better than picking on a per-thing basis what color it should be. (Aurora's kind of running with the rainbow theme, though.)
Standard Bells have basically legible, if slow and smeary, handwriting with their left hands for exactly the broken-arm reason. Phoenix (and later Raven) train off-handed and duel-wielding wand use. Juliet's off-hand improved (but not to the point of ambidexterity, it was just everything getting better) when she was called. Chi can perform lots of bending on either side of her body if it's not symmetrical.
The niceties you describe don't correlate well enough for me to produce aggregate rankings.
Bluelantern, rephrase?

Sort Bells by how much close-or-distant they are from their siblings (assuming they exist)

Closest to siblings to less:
Kiri (I'd have to rank her lower if she only had Jayce; this is for Aleko)
Flicker
Aurora
Butterfly
Katie
Cymbeline
Juliet
Loki
Honorable mention: Lorica
ETA: forgot Katie, but tentatively placing her.

1 - How lower would Kiri be if it was only Jayce?
2 - Loki is counting a biological siblings or only Thor?
3 - How higher Juliet would be if Soph was a "normal" sibling?
4 - That spoiler is in order or just an out-of-order addendum?

Kiri would be below Butterfly if she had only Jayce.
Loki has no biological siblings and is placed on Thor's account.
Juliet's placement would be the same; this is how close they are with her alternate memories incorporated.
The spoiler is very much in order.

I'd guess masochism is also at least somewhat an innate variation, going by Chi. Sort by current overall happiness?
