It depends on if you go with show canon or book canon. In the show she explicitly says no on her wedding night and Drogo ignores her. In the book she says yes but she's thirteen and just been sold to a grown man so it is not like she had a choice. Later in her marriage it is messed up even if you disregard her age though, I mean she never explicitly says no but she's is clearly not enjoying it and Drogo doesn't pay any attention to if she wants it - I'm just going to quote what actually happens:

Drogo would come to her tent and wake her in the dark, to ride her as relentlessly as he rode his stallion. He always took her from behind, Dothraki fashion, for which Dany was grateful; that way her lord husband could not see the tears that wet her face, and she could use her pillow to muffle her cries of pain.

Hypothetical Dany Joker is going to have a happier marriage than this, for reasons of it being inconvenient plotwise if she assassinates her husband. That's not to say it will necessarily uphold our modern standards of consent, but it'll uphold hers, which is the important thing.

I wonder if you can fit a existing template in Drogo's place, I don't think Olympians would fit well with the role, but they could be a Dothraki (of either gender, but female ones would be easier)

I will not consume the canon, so it's very unlikely that I will actually template it.

I guess the next step is obvious
