I'm confused that the version without splits works so well for you! For me, they seem to work (Incandescence on 'clannish' and Effulgence on 'who will be coming'), but they take quite a long while to load on Calibre, they crashed Gitden iirc, and Moon Reader works but doesn't display the CSS properly. If I recall correctly, iBooks had issues with them too.
I will get around to that shortly, though – I just generated some unsplit versions and it turns out I was handling things weirdly, so if you had links and sections mixed in a section, it sent the links to the end! This caused issues with chapters like "who will be coming?" in Effulgence – putting them at the very end after e.g. "zero" – so I have patched it (and am currently testing the patch), and will upload new split and unsplit versions of Effulgence and Incandescence (plus other things that might have been affected – I don't have a complete list but I can check the TOCs for which EPUBs are doing that).
Oops.
Edit: "who will be coming" crashed Calibre's ebook reader for me. (I'm on 64-bit Calibre on Windows 10? I'm not sure if that's related.)

They just don’t crash Gitden, which I found when I was making the Effulgence ebook. I never looked back to Moon+ Reader because of the many CSS issues. I also haven’t had problems in Calibre either. Maybe I just have more memory on my computer and phone or something? If your files start crashing Gitden or something I’ll try to figure out why they that happens for them but not for the unsplit versions I made, maybe figure out the problem.

– Oops, forgot to provide links.
Here are what should be the unsplit versions:
Split ones:
Moon Reader seems to intentionally strip CSS, because you can go into "publisher mode" or something which displays it with CSS and such, but comes at a cost of not allowing you to flip pages so quickly and it also seems to be a pop-up display, instead of an actual different mode. I don't recall for Gitden, but I think it crashed the TOC when I was loading Silmaril on it, which finally prompted me to add splits, because I was planning on using it. (My computer has 14GB RAM right now – also crashed with 8GB, so it's not just due to it being a weird number – and I'm not sure about my phone, but it's a Samsung Galaxy S4 running Cyanogenmod 12, Android 5.1.1.)

Updates! (As of ~yesterday.)
Some of these files are huge. I've tried to cut the sizes of things like "Constellation" by skipping all the continuities I'm packaging separately (Zodiac, Opalescence, Silmaril, Lighthouse), and likewise for individual people's sandboxes where applicable/easily done/yet implemented.
I probably won't be updating these for about two months (wow, so like usual then), because I will be going to university and they might not like me uploading such large files! (And also might not like me scraping things in huge quantity; unsure.) Hopefully these will do. They all have splits in, I'm afraid, for those of you who prefer unsplit versions – like, what, the one of you who even probably uses these? :P
Edit: Added Alicorn's Sandboxes.

I have friends who don't really use the forum but do use ebooks, so it's not just people talking here who use them.

Forum as in this forum or as in the kinda-sorta-a-forum Constellation or both?

The Constellation does not feel forumy to me, and also they don't post on it, either.

I mean, I'm maybe differentiating between "use" and "post" in my head; do they read-not-post on the constellation?

Sort of, not really. The main one, his internet sucks, so he tries to load things slowly and read them later. And he's pretty much always on mobile.
