There was literally a glowfic of that but it didn't click super well and was lintamande's girlfriend, not lintamande, being the Feanor.

Does that mean lintamande can't try it too?

I liked that Feanor. He was cool. He didn't make my brain go WHAT A GOOD NERD I WANT TO SHOWER HIM IN HUGS AND CONLANGS like lintamande's Feanor has done, but that may be because I don't remember him getting excited about languages much.

Also, where would I find that story? I don't remember reading it. Was it publicly viewable?

I don't see it meshing super well with the setting. Capes, especially tinkers, have arbitrary-sounding limits and specialties, and Feanor's power is more along the lines of BE BEST AT EVERYTHING. Creating things is definitely the most characteristic THING AT WHICH HE IS BEST, but Worm isn't really a setting where "intrinsically Awesome, therefore getting a good power" makes much sense. For that you want Pact.

(Also I think Aiden's plan involved space travel in some way? Though that's not in the thread. That's the kind of thing that, if done at scale, leads to a cape's powers betraying them and getting them killed.)

Having re-read the thread, my major impression is that this person makes so much more sense when I know whence he originates.
