Do people continue to age while in Milliways?

I believe that was covered with Shell Bell’s childhood in Effulgence. I believe the answer is “yes”, because they still have every other bodily function, and because I think Bar mentioned something about children raised in Milliways in one of the samdboxes. I’m not sure of either of those, though.

For everybody here who has/wants published stuff by them, how would you feel about somebody selling your stuff in a market you could never reach without their help, under the condition that they took all the credit, attention, money, etc. in that market and you never got to hear about it? I expect most of you wouldn’t mind too much, and I know I wouldn’t (if I got around to making anything publishable), but I’d like to hear others’ thoughts.

I think I would like the person to publish using my name as a pen name, and maybe have the conceit of the pen name being a different person (like Lemony Snicket). But even if they didn't do that I wouldn't mind much.
