I remembered Kappa’s post and general context, but not Nemo’s before it. I thought you were saying that a Bell probably needed either more power or an ensemble cast to take on an evil Watcher’s Council, not pointing out that she would collect the cast if needed. Kind of the difference between Golden, who sought allies against a known threat, and Cooper (Effulgence Cam) who is waiting for more power to take on Iggy but not actively seeking power for that purpose. I was arguing the slayer Bell would take the Golden route.

Yes, exactly. The Kithabel standard plot arc includes a point pretty much labeled “slow down and pay attention to a pairing option”, in particular a pairing option who feel in love with her by reading her notes.

Also, not sure where to put this and I think here is okay:
Could there be a thread like "Make My Characters Talk To Each Other" but it wasn't restricted to just characters meeting - you could do hypothetical scenarios? (Useful for ideas that are interesting but not enough for threads and for things that require 3+ authors or whatever)
(Asking right now in particular because I really really want to know stranded!Island's opinion on the incandescent peal and Bell/Sadde pairings but I have questions like this all the time)

What I do when I have something like that is, if the character is a green or a purple, consider directly asking on Talk To Glowfics, and otherwise try to get OOC answers. I've been doing more of the latter for the past while because I’m the only one keeping the former alive.

Is this a place I could ask the question "Is Feanaro/Bell a valid pairing?"
Assuming the Bell shows up during Feanaro's apprenticeship with Aule, but before his marriage. Actually, now I'm kind of considering ~16 Linyabel gets Mirrorsnaked into Arda in this time period. Could Linyabel get Mirrorsnaked, assuming she was in a place where she wasn't wearing her bubble? Or could the snake eat that, anyway?
I was thinking of Linyabel because she seems the most elf-like (the Feanorian variety, anyway) Bell, and also appears to be among the most intelligent, due to gengineering. Thought it might be interesting to have a Bell and a Feanor who were working together on the same sorts of things.
The Haut can have kids normally, right? (I keep meaning to read the rest of the Linya/Miles story and keep forgetting, also I haven't read the canon series.) Assuming yes, I'm really curious about what their kids would be like! Actually, even if the answer is no, a Feanor and a Bell could definitely figure out uterine replicators, and Feanor would probably consider the process interesting, considering that elflings need the constant presence of both parents...
