A sufficiently short time loop and/or a sufficiently large bubble preclude that, I think? Unless the times that Cam's body-related matter creation has been described as 'growing' were more metaphorical than I thought.

He can make stuff fast, especially if he's willing to be a little sloppy about where exactly it winds up.

Gray Boy cells are about five feet across and eight high. Cam could avoid that pretty easily just by extending his tail, if he knew he had to.
But since the question he was answering was about whether he's endangered by any conceivable power, yeah, he's overconfident.

Since I didn’t realize these were the same continuity, I went and looked back at where Cam and Kithabel would be in the same place. I think that’s only Endbringer fights. Here are the links to the start of the last one:
Cam,
Kithabel. Does anybody have the links to the other Endbringer fights they share?

This is a fucking masterstroke I am so impressed.

They share no other Endbringer fights. Kithabel didn't go to Simurgh ones and Cam was only at a total of two.

Were there any other effects they had on each other? Was there a mention of Endbringer material suddenly being available, or of the Blasphemies being handled, or something?

There were some hints but I don't think Kithabel ever interacted with Endbringer samples and Blasphemies weren't mentioned for Cam.

Most of the references between sandboxes were, like, REALLY obscure.
Tattletale tells Kithabel that if you've been following the news lately
even the good Elite are bad ones. (That's not canon, by the way, many of the Elite are perfectly acceptable rogues.) It's in the news because Cam blew their cover.
Hero
led a team to stop the Siberian, her team having already been taken care of (by Cam).
Resurectees
were informed that one of the places Leviathan sank had been put back on the map (also by Cam).
Basically the entirety of the Behemoth fight: Kithabel heard the roar go all silly because of Cam's helium, Cam saw Behemoth get levitated, etc. And the hair thing, from both ends.
Scion
isn't fighting to kill Behemoth because Kevin Norton wasn't dying of hepatitis. (Uh, in Norton's interlude he says he wouldn't have mustered the courage to tell Scion to fight to kill if he hadn't been confronting his own mortality lately.) Cam
cured hepatitis.
Earth Bet was having global cooling problems until a cape
fixed it. That was meant to be Kithabel. We never did get around to mentioning it onscreen on her end, but if you were wondering who can fix climates, it's her.
Also at the Behemoth fight, Eidolon was switching powers more quickly than he can in canon and there was a group of King's Men led by Athrwys. (Athrwys is canonically dead.) Both of those changes are Kithabel.
There might be more I forgot about, but those are what I had notes on.
