You could hide-from-unread Pedro's Index?

Maybe I should not update Unread when a completed thread has an edit...? Can people think of cases where that would be relevant?

You could just hide that particular thread from unread, and I think Marri is planning to have a more specific feature for those - although as a stopgap both the current thing and just a sort of author profile of sorts like there are character profiles work/would work.

This would upset me! I would like to be notified by default whenever a thread changes (except for minor edits, I suppose), even when it's a completed thread.

Yeah, it's sort of a thing how "tag completely changed" and "author fixed a typo" both go to unread just the same, but I personally don't consider it super urgent.

Icons removed from a gallery no longer seem to be going to "galleryless icons".
(
Icon, not in any galleries, having just been removed from the only one it was in;
galleryless icons, with no icons in it.
Link to relevant icon.)

Delete is not destroy and this should be fixed now. Also, whoever crashed trying to sort the report on continuity, should be fine now (for page 1; otherwise, separate bug).

Re: Pedro's index, editing the last post of a completed thread seems conceptually more like editing an upthread post than like editing the last post of an active (or otherwise incomplete) thread, to me. Is there anyone who does want notification of last-post-in-a-closed-thread edits who doesn't also want notification of other upthread posts?

Yes, for two similar use cases in particular:
1. A thread that has been on hiatus/inactive for a while is closed, and some epilogue text is added to the last reply.
2. A thread that has been closed for a while has its last reply edited to do a better job of wrapping the thread up.

Seconding what jalapeno_dude said. (Really it seems like the problem here is that "author index" is not an intended use case and so is behaving a bit weirdly.)
