If the theme stretches to fit, I volunteer Teytis. She's not analyzing-and-enabling like Libby and Maitimo but aiding communication at all levels is her thing (not just the technical level of running computer/radio networks as she has mostly been seen doing).

Eclipse!Chelsea is a switch, they might actually get along just great with little-to-negative unfortunate side effects.

Bells do seem to work best with ensemble casts backing them up, though? Like, imo the Thing That Makes Bells Special is that they're unusually good at using the resources available to them. Said resources are usually "magic" but also usually include "other peoples' skillsets". A lone Slayer!Bell might try to take on an evil shadow government using only The Power Of Punching Really Hard And Knowing Where Vampires Are if she thought there was enough at stake (pun totally intended), but that seems unlikely to me, and she'd probably be more likely to seek greater power or make powerful friends first.

But greater power and powerful friends are resources available. She can, for example, look into vampire soul restoration and get a team of organized, powerful vampires to help with the Council.

Like my point was that "being a Bell" and "having an ensemble cast" are not mutually exclusive.

Maybe I need to check the forum more often so I don't respond to things three pages later and confuse people :P
