Hmm, yes, that's one the Shadows can do and the guides and Kero really can't.
Kero could probably manage a partial answer, with whatever seemed most relevant to him at the time?
Kero, prompted by a guide so he doesn't forget things, might do pretty well?

Back on my flagship I could easily conjure you up the tourism pamphlets of the top fifty or a hundred most interesting ones, but out here I have fewer resources available."
Oh, if only you knew the resources you have.

To be fair, Kero is well-meaning, he's just not terribly bright and was not designed to be a teacher of the arcane arts
(which was probably on purpose given that the reason the plot happens is by Clow's design so that the cardcaptor could become a stronger sorcerer than he was).

That spoiler does not at all explain why Kero is bad at teaching arcane arts; care to elaborate?
On a different note, is there a reason for summoning not being repeatable in Worm like it is in all the other sandboxes, other than the story working better that way?

He doesn't actually have the knowledge, and amongst the reasons he doesn't (other than just not caring to learn while Clow was alive) is that Clow wants the new cardcaptor to figure it out on their own and develop their own magic that way.

At least on my and Aestrix's end, that's the Doylist reason, yes.

Well if Ashras likes explosions that much then maybe he would have fun with Jinx.

He is not normally into explosions, it's just that in this case the explosions mean he might get to save the world.

Worm plus one daeva has the daeva as an unusually powerful but not (without some work) setting-breaking factor. Worm plus multiple daeva destabilizes the setting immediately. Actually, even one angel could wreck all the Endbringers, but that might be an acceptable setting break depending on what you were doing.
