He also accelerated Muggle transportation. Muggles didn’t have trains yet then in our world, and this was built in a pre-existing Muggle train station.

I guess that doesn’t mean the Muggle trains run on steam. They might run on oh sorry we must have misfiled the patent but surely nobody did magic to the engines because that doesn’t exist and besides it would be illegal to claim that was how it worked anyway even if it were.
