If anybody calls Cam on it, which they won't, he's going to argue that it was you're not supposed to buy it for non-fighting-Endbringers purposes. If making it gets him in trouble he has a Simurgh head to explain lying around in Tokyo.

Plus, does that treaty even apply to the S9? I don’t think they show up to Endbringer fights or ever plan to. It would not be surprising to see them show up to an Endbringer fight to hurt the heroes. They never “signed” the treaty.

In the Promise one they follow it, but I'm pretty sure that's just because it was convenient for what Jack was doing right then, not part of an overall policy.

Exactly.

Can Cam even get Bonesaw unstuck without amputating her body? Could she successfully get herself unstuck with that method?

Taking advantage of an Endbringer situation is frowned on by itself, regardless of whether there were aggrieved parties or who they were. (The existence of this stuff isn't an Endbringer situation, except that Cam and the Protectorate announced it was to be treated as one.)
But none of the people present are going to object, so for practical purposes nothing went wrong.

The other thing is, it's not necessarily even recognizable right away. Not everyone has run across this before, and to those who haven't it could just be futuristic super-concrete for all they know.

Either Cam or Bonesaw could get her unstuck, with varying degrees of inconvenience.

In the sandbox where Gem acquired alternate magical girl powers, there were several instances of time de-syncing. Time was paused in the twins' world, I'm pretty sure, and the one-hour subjective confinement took less than an hour in the main bar area. Are those beimg retconned, or is their current time syncing hypothesis incomplete or incorrect?

P sure it isn't meant to have started syncing until at least when Gem got her powers?

The twins should still have been synced with their homeworld because they already had powers, and they should have been synced with each other so one hour subjective for the one in solitary would still be one hour subjective for the one in the main bar area.

Milliways confuses the Magical Girl Power Source and it took a while for it to figure it out.

From http://glowfic.dreamwidth.org/31514.htm ... cmt5844250:
That one used to work for this fashion magazine and her boss was insane, and she'd welcome something more normal like working in a mountain.
Huh, that sounds familiar.

(two comments later)

Yeah, that’s what I thought. Did she quit the job with the fashion lady by throwing her cell phone into a fountain? Should I have recognized the other applicants?
