The Veron that adopted Panorama and Apparition has told them that he knows their parents?

He knows their father and has heard of their mother, but hasn't connected their father to them and is in absolutely no hurry to meet Specular, the supervillainness that has destroyed buildings. xD

Hey, remember that Effulgent World with the elemental blessings? If you had to pick the birth blessings for the twins and Idania?

I remember! First off, let me sort out who's what element. Nadia absolutely screams elay, and is quite possibly one of the most elay elays to ever elay. A Zev's coru, and occasionally comes off as sweela when she's being passionate about something. Adarin, meanwhile, is Hunti, but very un-obtrusively, and occasionally be mistaken for coru for how he acts.

Birth blessings for Nadia: joy, innovation, hope

Zev: courage, resilience, contentment

Adarin: vision, loyalty, determination

All of these are a bit subject to change, but Nadia's are pretty nailed down. Zev's are accurate but could be switched for some other blessings (flexibility is a contender, for example) but I'll stick with this set for now. Adarin is my problem child, as is usual - vision's about the only thing he's guaranteed to hold on to - I had a long mental fistfight over whether he should have loyalty (to an idea, more than people, but people are applicable - for example, Adarins are scary loyal to Bells) or determination along with innovation or intelligence or clarity or something, but eventually I gave up trying to decide which between them would win and just went with both. The taco girl would be proud.

How does the Fae-blood/Mageness hereditarity works? Is the child of two mages more powerful than the child of a mage and a "muggle"?

Yup! It's basically diminishing returns based on the amount of 'Fae' in a person's blood. Since ordinary people have exactly 0% in there, this means that having kids with them will always result in less Fae-ness. The child of two mages is more powerful than a mage and a 'muggle.'

huh, does it always averages between parents or sometimes the mage can be more or less Fae than them? (kinda like two parents can have a taller child depending on the genetic chances)

It doesn't average, there is a bit of randomness from genes from it. This is why Zevi is more powerful than Adarin.

It's always weird thinking of that. I know she is, but she so rarely uses it (and he has so much more skill in most of the areas we see on screen) that I can't help but think of him as more powerful.

Yeah, I can see why. And I often don't have Olympia or Fossil onscreen to showcase their power, anyway. Maybe in Prelude she can show it off a bit more.

(If you are curious, Adarin would be able to win in a magic fight with Zevi from full-power only from when he's age fifty or so and on. Before then he would only really be able to shield bubble quickly, since he's so rarely willing to use the slicy shield spells, and Zevi can get around that if she throws enough power around, which she can do. There is a rock/paper/scissors sort of situation with Epilogue's trio of Zevi/Adarin/Lynn - Adarin beats Zevi (by finesse), Zevi beats Lynn (by throwing a heck of a lot of power at environmental magic instead of direct murder magic), and Lynn beats Adarin (due to magic resistance and Adarin not being able to pull off the huge environmental stuff Zevi can under pressure), and I'm rather fond of it.)
