And which isn't much of an issue for a population that can fly. Cool.

If the plane is spinning, the video doesn't apply. If it's going fast enough for centrifugal force to balance out the gravity trying to collapse the Disc, then it's also spinning fast enough to balance out gravity pulling you Hubwards.
And if it exactly canceled the gravitational force at the edge, then I think it would exceed the Hubward gravity everywhere else. (Except at the center of course, where both are zero.) Because centrifugal force is proportional to radius, but the gravity should increase with...something else. Radius squared, probably.
If it's flat by some other application of demon magic, then the video probably applies.

I stand by my headcanon that Fairyland gravity only exists because someone told their infinite plane to start constantly accelerating. Relativity does not mess this up, because if it affects fairies it just means you get less acceleration from the same permanent force. But it's the force that we care about for gravity purposes anyway.

When Cam says he can get out of a black hole, has he considered the fact that time goes all wonky around black holes? To an outside observer time appears to stop at the boundary, so escaping could take an infinite amount of outside-time even if it were instantaneous from his point of view. What happens inside the boundary is anyone's guess, but it probably doesn't involve puppies.

I don't see why the plane would spin. Demons can't create things in motion, and why would it start spinning?

I basically totally ignore relativistic time fuckery because bleah.

I thought Cam wouldn’t be able to cross the event horizon into a black hole anyway, and this was escaping from near it.

I also thought Cam could create objects under torque, which would get them moving, but if not then conventional methods could be used to get the plane spinning. Examples include rockets with demoniacally created fuel, and fairies during concordances.

In any case, I think that demons have access to tools better than spinning the plane and better than those available to random clumps of rock coalescing in outer space. Somebody that’s intentionally designing a plane like this would probably be able to work around the problem of gravitational collapse in several different ways. One example, which again I don’t know if it would work, is embed charged insulators into the plane, repelling each other and thus holding the plane apart. Other options include occasionally adding energy, essentially free in Hell even more than the other concordant worlds, to fight against gravity in various ways.

For some reason, I don’t remember what, this has also given me an idea for a sandbox prompt I’ll be posting in the appropriate thread.

I may have misused the word "torque". The limitation is that Cam cannot make a thing that is just plain moving. He cannot make a paper airplane that starts out gliding forward (it will have to catch air from a stationary and then falling state), but he can make a stretched or twisted rubber band, and correctly arranged such a thing could immediately start to propel an attached object. The plane of gold does not move around via rubber band.

The plane of gold is pretty old, although I guess whoever made it could have spent a few centuries doing careful private physics experiments first.

Is there any problem with adding lines to the circle part of the summoning circle, as long there is a circle there somewhere?

You could add extra lines as long as they didn't add unwanted linguistic information.

What happen if two or more summons are calling the same Daeva? Could a Daeva tell there is more than one? Could he pick "the one that came first/last"?

Or, for that matter, can daeva feel summons when they can’t respond (gag order doesn’t like their T-shirt, in the mortal world, etc.)? Can they decline summons, or just ignore them? If a daeva becomes eligible for a summons they were previously ineligible for, such as by removing a shirt with words or by being dismissed, can they answer it then?

If two summons are calling the same daeva the daeva can pick the one that came first, second, etc., no problem.

A daeva who cannot respond to a summons (summons includes gag order and they have on a shirt with text, they're already summoned, whatever) does not feel the summons. The feeling of a summons is pretty much instantaneous even if it doesn't get grabbed immediately, so removing the shirt or leaving the mortal world doesn't let them pick up any summons that were issued before that happened.
