No it's not. 2, 4, 16, 256, 65536. Presumably all the ones after that end with a 6, though, on the basis of 6x6 being 36.

@Shaol, wow, now I'm kind of envious. My brain is good at figuring engineering-ish things out, and I have a larger-than-average capacity for mental arithmatic, but I'm pretty awful at natural languages and my memory is nothing special.
I suspect mine would be some sort of engineering power. On the more purely magical side of things, this might include the ability to do something like "see" and comprehend the entire source code or wire schematic of a program or chip, or the ability to pull such information from the minds of others (non-destructively, of course; more like a narrow version of Elspeth's power that pulls instead of pushes, and obtains "understanding" rather than specific memories or thoughts). Addy would probably insist that such a power ought to be able to pull other things; there's a part of me that would love to understand what people see in certain areas, like abstract art or religion or rap music, but most of me isn't interested. On the other hand, I would be *very* interested in being able to pick up an understanding of (for example) quantum mechanics just from hanging out near a physicist or similar. At the other end of the scale of engineer-ish powers, something that allowed truly instant creation of something that I can envision in my mind. There would need to be a level of abstraction below which I don't need to know the details, and I think the power level of such an ability would be tuned more by how high that abstraction could go than anything else (extremely high: "faster-than-light starship", high: "Tesla using <alternate battery chemistry that I know of but that they don't use>", low: "computer program which implements the following algorithm", very low: "carbon atoms attanged like so") but even very low would be cool.

Power-wise (ingot/witch/gift), I'd hope for shapeshifting, for reasons which range from vague genderfluidity to body image issues to just wanting to be a dinosaur for a while. However, I suspect that I'd end up with something closer to Addy's powertheft thing, for less pleasant reasons. Which, you know, still wouldn't be so bad, especially if I could find somebody with shapeshifting powers. (I might also get saddled with some kind of Aelise-style lifedrainy creepiness for similar but not identical reasons as the Addy one, which I really hope I would object to.)
(As a sidenote, I've always loved the use superpower question as a psychological test - I think my shapeshifting would be interpreted as a control thing [which it likely is], and the Bellish preoccupation with flying is by all accounts a nice marker for their ambition. I bring this up because, if intentional, I really like how neatly the Bells' superpower choice fits in with their personalities. If unintentional... I still like it, I guess? It's a cool thing.)

I've thought about it and I think I'd have a power relating to darkness and/or protection of myself. Maybe being able to hide myself completely in darkness, or shroud everything around me in it.
I feel safe in the dark, comfortable, like nothing can hurt me.

cbhacking, i like the idea of a power that lets you see sourcecode. maybe if you used a program you could see the algorithms of everything as it was happening. or maybe you'd just wave your hand near a harddrive and slurp everything up off of it, like with Tab and books.
@anya: i like darkness too. especially thick darkness that would feel tangible like a shawl.

Yessss. I imagine it like a thick comfy duvet, which you can crawl under and just have nothing be able to touch you. I'd be able to bring other people with me, maybe. Probably if I had an Addy to work on it with me.
