Personally I think Teal, Azure, and Periwinkle look nicest next to Cyan. Lavender's not bad either.

Anyone else who's considering their choice of secondary: I'm happy to generate lists like that, I wrote a program that does the bbcode for me. XD

I like Gold, Magenta, Teal, and Azure the best of those. I think I like Gold the best as a color with cyan, but it doesn't have a good bbcode to write (#FFBF00). I think of those, I'd narrow it down to:
███ Kel: Cyan, #00CFCF (Azure, #007FFF) or
███ Kel: Cyan, #00CFCF (Magenta, #FF00FF), and since you like Azure best of those and I don't have a strong preference between the two (the colors just need to look exclamation-markish, so some contrast and colorful brightness), I'll go with (Azure, #007FFF).
